SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS:

  1. Duly filled-in application forms may be submitted to The Convener, EAMCET-AC 2011,Flat No. 306, Opp. CCMB, Habsiguda, Hyderabad – 500 007 & Regional centers on or before June 30th, 2011 up to 5.00 p.m. The application forms may also be submitted on or before 02-07-2011 up to 5.00 p.m. along with a late fee of Rs.1000/- in the form of DD drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of The Convener, EAMCET- AC 2011, payable at Hyderabad. Application forms received after the specified date and time and incomplete application forms will be summarily rejected.
  2. Filled in application forms which are downloaded from EAMCET- AC 2011 website along with D.D. of Rs.100/- are to be submitted at CONVENER office by hand on or before june 30th,2011 up to 5 P.M without late fee and on or before july 2nd,2011 up to 5 P.M with late fee of Rs 1000/-
